Elme Communities has entered into purchase and sale agreements for three of its remaining 10 properties, expected to close in Q1 2026. The company aims to complete all remaining sales by mid-2026. Estimated liquidating distributions have been updated to $17.02-$17.47 per share, including the initial $14.67 per share distribution paid in January 2026.
