electroCore Announces Two New Executive Hires and Inducement Grants under NASDAQ Listing Rule

electroCore has announced the addition of Seth Abrams as VP, Sales and Michael Fox as Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1 and April 13, 2026, respectively. The Compensation Committee granted 30,000 and 70,000 restricted stock units to Abrams and Fox, respectively, in connection with their employment. The RSUs will vest on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the grant date, subject to continued employment with the company.
