EfTEN Capital announces 16,900 euro cents per unit cash distribution for 2025.

EfTEN Capital AS has announced a cash distribution of 16,900 euro cents per unit, totaling 419,772 euros. This is the second distribution in 2025 and amounts to approximately 2% of the fund's closing price. The distribution is based on income from EfTEN Real Estate Fund 5 and EfTEN Special Opportunities Fund, as well as owner loan interests from Invego Uus-Järveküla OÜ. Since listing on the Nasdaq Tallinn stock market in May 2022, the fund has distributed 1.4 euros per unit.
