Eaton Vance Floating-Rate Income Trust fell 2.61% in after-hours trading, following the announcement that the Eaton Vance Municipal Bond Fund will conduct a tender offer for up to 5% of its outstanding common shares. The tender offer is triggered by the Fund's common shares trading at an average discount to net asset value of more than 7.5% during the specified measurement period.
