Duff & Phelps Utility and Infrastructure Fund Announces Dividend Payments

The Board of Directors of Duff & Phelps Utility and Infrastructure Fund Inc. has authorized the payment of dividends on its common stock at a rate of $0.07 per share. The fund has adopted a managed distribution plan to maintain its 7.0 cent per share distribution rate. The dividend payments will be made on January 30, February 27, and March 31, 2026, with the ex-date, record date, and payable date for each dividend payment.
