Drilling Tools International Appoints Ira H. Green, Jr. to Board of Directors

Drilling Tools International Corp. has appointed Ira H. Green, Jr. to its Board of Directors, bringing over 30 years of energy capital markets expertise. Green previously worked as Managing Director and Head of Energy, Power & Infrastructure Capital Markets at Piper Sandler Co., where he led equity and debt capital markets activities across the energy sector, including oilfield services and equipment companies. The Board will appoint Green to certain committees at a later date.
