Dollar Tree is closing 75 stores and opening 400 new ones in fiscal 2026, while increasing prices to protect margins. Net sales rose 10.4% in 2025 to $19.4 billion, with same-store sales up 5.3%. The company expects $20.5 billion to $20.7 billion in net sales and adjusted diluted EPS of $6.50 to $6.90 in fiscal 2026. Dollar Tree is leaning into its multi-price format, offering higher price points to protect value and margins in a tougher cost environment.
