The Department of Justice is investigating United Parks & Resorts, the company behind SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, over potential Americans with Disabilities Act violations after the firm banned the use of some wheeled walkers with seats due to safety and liability concerns. The DOJ received complaints from people with disabilities who claim they cannot access the parks without these walkers. United Parks has not fully responded to the investigation, but a spokesperson stated that guests can use the parks' own rollators or wheelchairs at no extra cost.
