DMDK General Secretary to Embark on State-Wide Tour from August 3

DMDK general secretary Premallatha Vijayakant will embark on a state-wide tour from August 3 to meet voters and booth committee agents. The tour aims to gauge the party's strength at the grassroots level and energize party workers. Ms. Premallatha will meet voters in northern and western districts and wrap up the first phase in Chengalpattu on August 23. The tour is seen as a preparation for a grand public rally planned in Cuddalore on January 9.
