Delta Air Lines recently completed a $2 billion unsecured notes offering. This offering included $1 billion of 4.950% Notes due in 2028 and $1 billion of 5.250% Notes due in 2030. The notes are direct, unsecured, and unsubordinated, providing Delta with additional financial flexibility.
