Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) has announced a public offering of common units, with shares priced between $50 and $52 each. The offering, which includes $120 million in common units and a potential additional $13.5 million through a 30-day option for underwriters, aims to repay outstanding borrowings. Delek US Holdings, Inc., the sponsor of Delek Logistics, has expressed interest in purchasing up to $30 million, though this remains non-binding.

The offering is being managed by Truist Securities, BofA Securities, and Raymond James, who are acting as joint book-running managers. Investors can access the preliminary prospectus supplement and related documents from the underwriters or via the SEC’s website. The offering is subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals, and no guarantee of completion.

This move reflects Delek Logistics’ ongoing efforts to manage its capital structure and strengthen its financial position. As a midstream energy master limited partnership, Delek Logistics operates primarily in the Permian Basin, the Delaware Basin, and other Gulf Coast regions, providing gathering, transportation, storage, and water disposal.
