Curis Announces Private Placement Closing with $80.8 Million in Gross Proceeds

Curis, a biotech company, has closed a private placement for $20.2 million, part of a total of $80.8 million. The financing was led by Nantahala Capital, Stonepine Capital Management, Pointillist Partners, and The Red Hook Fund. Other institutional investors, management team members, and board directors also participated. Laidlaw & Company acted as sole placement agent. The funds will support the development of emavusertib, an IRAK4 and FLT3 inhibitor.
