CSRC approved the IPO registration of Broadex Testing's GEM

On September 20, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Approval on the Registration of the Initial Public Offering of Beijing Brook Testing System Co., Ltd." It is reported that Brook Testing plans to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's GEM, with an IPO underwriter of CITIC Securities and a planned financing of RMB750mn.
