Creeslough Explosion: Lawsuits Filed by Survivors and Relatives Over Service Station Incident.

Lawsuits have been filed by survivors and relatives of the 2022 Creeslough explosion in Co Donegal, targeting operators of the Applegreen service station and a management company for neighboring apartments. Donegal County Council, Vivo/Shell Limited, Applegreen Limited, and others are co-defendants. The explosion killed 10 people and injured many more. A Garda investigation is ongoing. Some families have called for a public inquiry into the tragedy.
