Coya Therapeutics has announced an $11.1 million private placement, with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Inc., a subsidiary of Coya's strategic collaborator, investing $10 million. Greenlight Capital is the only other investor participating in the offering. The private placement is expected to close on January 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
