Comstock Inc. Acquires Haywood Quarry for $2.2 Million, Enhancing Lyon County Mineral Portfolio

Comstock Inc. has completed the acquisition of the Haywood quarry industrial and mineral properties from Decommissioning Services LLC for $2.2 million in cash and stock. The 190-acre property in Lyon County, Nevada, has available power, water, and easy access to US 50, and is strategically located near Comstock's Lyon County mineral properties. The acquisition enhances the efficacy of Comstock's Lyon County position and could host activities to support mining at Dayton.
