Compass Ireland's Aviva Stadium Catering Business Sees 53% Profit Hike

Compass Catering Services Ireland, the Irish subsidiary of the Compass Group, reported a 53% increase in operating profits to €3m in the financial year to September 2024. Sales rose 4% to €130.4m, while cost of sales and administration costs edged 3.1% higher. The company employed an average of 1,744 staff last year and acquired Glanmore Foods, a school meals provider, in late 2023 for €54.8m.
