Columbia Seligman Premium Tech Growth Fund Announces 9.25% Annual Rate

Columbia Seligman Premium Technology Growth Fund declared a third-quarter distribution of $0.4625 per share, equal to a quarterly rate of 2.3125% (9.25% annualized) of the fund's initial public offering price. The distribution is equal to a quarterly rate of 2.5595% (10.24% annualized) of the fund's market price of $18.07 per share as of July 31, 2015. The distribution will be paid on August 25, 2015.
