Columbia Banking System CFO Transition: Ronald Farnsworth Steps Down, Ivan Seda Appointed Successor

Columbia Banking System announced CFO Ronald Farnsworth will step down on December 31, 2025. Ivan Seda, Deputy CFO, will succeed him as CFO. Farnsworth has served as CFO since March 2023 and previously held the same role at Umpqua Holdings Corporation. Seda has experience as CFO at Union Bank and Deputy CFO at BECU. Columbia's CEO, Clint Stein, praised Farnsworth's contributions and welcomed Seda to his new role.
