Collegiate Funding Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: CFSI) stockholders have approved the merger agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM). The vote represents approximately 99.9% of voting shares and 90.4% of total shares outstanding. The merger is expected to be completed shortly.
