CoinShares International Limited, a digital asset manager, and Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp, a special purpose acquisition company, have announced that their previously announced business combination is nearing completion. Odysseus Holdings Limited, the holding company of CoinShares, has submitted a draft registration statement to the SEC, marking a significant milestone towards completion. The Transaction is expected to be finalized in Q1 2026, subject to the review of the registration statement.
