Coincheck to Acquire 3iQ in All-Stock Deal

Coincheck Group has announced a stock purchase agreement with Monex Group to acquire approximately 97% beneficial ownership of 3iQ, an Ontario-based alternative digital asset manager. The deal is worth $111.84M and will be an all-stock transaction. Coincheck Group is a majority shareholder of Monex Group.
