Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund Announces Transferable Rights Offering Results

Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund announced the preliminary results of its transferable rights offering, which is expected to result in the issuance of approximately 14.99 million shares and gross proceeds of around $353 million. The subscription price was $23.56 per common share, and the fund intends to invest the proceeds in accordance with its objectives and policies. The offer was led by UBS Investment Bank and the Advisor agreed to pay all expenses incurred.
