Cognizant Launches AI Factory, Eyes Expansion in AI Services

Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH) has launched Cognizant AI Factory, a multi-tenant offering powered by Dell and NVIDIA. The platform aims to help organizations scale AI more securely and efficiently, and unify AI lifecycle management. TD Cowen cut CTSH's price target to $71 from $85, citing traditional services deflation from GenAI. CTSH provides IT, consulting, and business process outsourcing services, with segments including Financial Services, Healthcare Sciences, Products and Resources, and Communications, Media, and Technology.
