Cogna Educação Extends Offer to Purchase Vasta Platform Class A Common Shares Until December 10, 2025.

Cogna Educação S.A. has extended the expiration date of its all-cash tender offer for Vasta Platform Limited's Class A common shares to December 10, 2025. The offer was previously set to expire on October 28, 2025, but has been extended to allow for additional time to complete the review of the tender offer documents by the SEC. As of October 28, 2025, 96.3% of outstanding shares had been validly tendered.
