Clear Channel Outdoor Sells Brazilian Business to Eletromidia Affiliate for $15M, Completes Latin American Divestitures

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings has completed the sale of its Brazilian business to Publibanca Brasil S.A. for R$80 million (approximately $15 million). The sale marks the exit of the company's Latin American business and will be used to improve liquidity and financial flexibility. Proceeds from the sale will be used to pay down debt and reinvest in high-return opportunities.
