Clean Energy names Bart Frabotta as COO

Clean Energy has appointed Bart Frabotta as Chief Operating Officer, a role that will focus on driving operational excellence and innovation across the company’s diverse operations. In this capacity, Frabotta will oversee a team of more than 360 employees engaged in station operations, supply chain, engineering, construction, manufacturing, RNG and LNG production, customer service, safety, information technology, AI, and IoT. His responsibilities include optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Frabotta brings extensive leadership experience from previous roles, including serving as Chief Information Officer at Watt Companies and Vice President of Information Technology at Westfield, where he led the global IT Project Management Office. He holds a BS in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.

The appointment reflects Clean Energy’s strategic focus on leveraging technology and digital transformation to strengthen operational performance and support long-term growth.
