Claudia Schaefer Elected to Kura Sushi USA Board of Directors

Kura Sushi USA has elected Claudia Schaefer to its board of directors, effective January 21, 2026. Schaefer brings extensive brand and marketing experience, having served as Chief Marketing Officer at Smoothie King and Chief Experience Officer at Caliber Collision. She replaces Kim Ellis, who did not stand for re-election. The company plans to leverage Schaefer's expertise to grow national awareness and expand across the US.
