Citius Oncology, a subsidiary of Citius Pharmaceuticals, has raised $9 million through a registered direct offering and private placement. The company will issue 5,142,858 shares of common stock and unregistered warrants for up to 5,142,858 shares at a combined offering price of $1.75 per share and warrant. The transaction is expected to close on September 10, 2025.
