The CFTC has ordered Stephen Ehrlich, the former CEO of bankrupt crypto lender Voyager Digital Ltd, to pay $750,000 to jilted Voyager customers. Ehrlich is also banned from entering commodity trades for three years. The CFTC alleged that Ehrlich and Voyager operated a fraudulent digital asset trading and custody platform, misleading customers about the firm's safety. Ehrlich previously settled with the FTC for $2.8 million.
