Century Aluminum Company (CENX) has sold its Hawesville, KY facility to TeraWulf Inc., which plans to transform the site into a digital infrastructure campus for high-performance computing and AI applications. CENX will maintain a minority ownership stake, while the redevelopment is expected to boost local economic growth and create skilled jobs. The deal advances TeraWulf's expansion plans to meet growing AI and data center demand, while supporting CENX's US investment strategy. Shares of CENX have risen 173.6% in the past year.
