Cemtrex Acquires Invocon, a Texas-Based Aerospace and Defense Firm.

Cemtrex has agreed to acquire Invocon, a Texas-based systems-engineering firm with a 40-year history in designing, manufacturing, and supporting mission-critical instrumentation and wireless sensing systems for aerospace, defense, and government programs. Invocon's technologies have been deployed in various satellites, launch vehicles, space shuttles, and the International Space Station, and the company holds a deep intellectual property portfolio related to hypervelocity impact detection, gridless lethality assessment, and advanced flight-system telemetry.
