The company's research shows that the editing process with CssDNA achieves high gene insertion frequencies in viable hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) and that HSPCs edited by CssDNA are more likely to engraft and maintain their genetic modifications in a murine model than those edited by adeno-associated virus (AAV).
