CBL International Appoints Yuan He to Board of Directors, Effective Dec 1, 2025

CBL International Limited, the listing vehicle of the Banle Group, has appointed Mr. Yuan He to its board of directors, effective December 1, 2025. Mr. He has been serving as senior vice president of the company since its inception in 2015 and is responsible for the bunkering business division and strategic development. He has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in science from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
