Carlyle Commodities Raises $3M in Connection with Proposed Silver Pony Resources Transaction

Carlyle Commodities Corp. has announced a $3 million financing through a private placement of subscription receipts at $0.01 ($0.20 post-Consolidation) per share. The financing is in connection with the proposed business combination with Silver Pony Resources Corp. and will convert into units of Carlyle upon the closing of the transaction. The net proceeds will be held in escrow pending satisfaction of the Escrow Release Condition.
