CareCloud has acquired Medsphere, expanding its reach into the hospital IT market with affordable solutions for small and mid-sized hospitals nationwide. The acquisition brings CareCloud's AI-powered healthcare technology and inpatient EHR and RCM solutions to over 600 current Medsphere clients across 50 states and US territories.

(Nasdaq: CCLD, CCLDO), a leading provider of healthcare technology and AI-powered solutions, has announced the acquisition of Medsphere Systems Corporation. This strategic move marks a significant expansion into the hospital IT market, bringing CareCloud's advanced AI capabilities and inpatient EHR and RCM solutions to over 600 current Medsphere clients across 50 states and U.S. territories.

The acquisition includes Medsphere's comprehensive hospital IT ecosystem, featuring CareVue (integrated inpatient EHR), RCM Cloud (revenue cycle management), Wellsoft (Emergency Department Information System), HealthLine (supply chain management), ChartLogic (ambulatory EHR), and managed IT services. This integration positions CareCloud to offer affordable, AI-enhanced healthcare technology solutions specifically targeted at small and mid-sized hospitals.
