Cardano's Charles Hoskinson Challenges Ethereum Foundation with Constitution Offer

Cardano creator Charles Hoskinson has challenged Ethereum after the publication of the Ethereum Foundation Mandate, a document aimed at becoming the altcoin's constitution. Hoskinson believes Ethereum is trying to catch up with Cardano and has offered help from the University of Buenos Aires.
