Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.75 per share for a period of three years. The units are subject to a four-month hold period, expiring on December 6, 2025. The second tranche of the offering was announced on July 15, 2025, following the initial announcement on July 8, 2025. The units were offered pursuant to available prospectus exemptions set out under applicable securities laws and instruments, including National Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus Exemptions.
