Camden Property Trust Q3 FFO Beats Estimates, Raises 2025 Guidance

Camden Property Trust reported Q3 2025 core FFO per share of $1.70, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.69, but declining 0.6% YoY. Property revenues increased 2.2% YoY to $395.7 million, but same-property revenues rose only 0.8% YoY to $374.7 million. Interest expenses jumped 7.7% YoY to $35 million. The company raised its full-year 2025 core FFO per share range to $6.83-$6.87.
