Caleres Names Kathleen Welter as New Chief Human Resources Officer

Caleres has appointed Kathleen Welter as Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing HR functions for the company's portfolio of brands and over 9,000 employees worldwide. Welter has nearly three decades of HR experience and previously worked at Caleres in various roles. Doug Koch, current CHRO, will remain for a 30-day transition period before retiring at year-end.
