BuzzFeed Debuts AI-Driven Apps to Revamp Its Business Model

BuzzFeed is launching two AI apps, BF Island and Conjure, to explore the use of artificial intelligence in consumer-facing apps for creativity and connection. BF Island is a group chat platform with AI photo editing features and an in-app library of online trends and memes. Conjure is an app similar to BeReal, guiding users to take daily photos of things besides themselves. The apps aim to connect people and build community around culture and taste.
