Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp. to Acquire LINKBANCORP, Inc. in $354 Million All-Stock Transaction

Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp. is acquiring LINKBANCORP, Inc. in an all-stock transaction valued at $354 million. The deal is expected to close in 2Q26 and will give Burke & Herbert meaningful scale, with pro forma assets of $11.0 billion and loans of $8.0 billion.
