Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp. to Acquire LinkBancorp for $354.2 Million

Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp. agreed to acquire LinkBancorp, parent company of LinkBank, for $354.2 million in stock. The deal would create a bank with $11 billion in assets and a 100-branch footprint across six states, including entry into Pennsylvania. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026.
