Burford Capital plc Announces Early Redemption of Bonds Due 2026

Burford Capital plc is redeeming its £175 million 5% guaranteed bonds due 2026 at its option. The redemption price will be calculated based on the higher of 100% of the principal amount and the principal amount multiplied by the Gross Redemption Yield on the bonds. The redemption date is January 30, 2026, and accrued but unpaid interest will also be paid on that date.
