Bumble Generates Significant FCF Yield of 42.3%

Bumble Inc. generated $238.7 million in free cash flow in 2025, resulting in a 42.3% FCF yield and 36.8% after deducting stock-based compensation of $31.2 million. Following the repurchase of their tax receivable agreement for $186 million, Bumble's tax shield is now a significant component of their financial performance.
