Build-A-Bear Appoints Digital Exec from Lego to Lead E-commerce Expansion

Build-A-Bear has appointed Carmen Flores as senior vice president of e-commerce and digital experiences. Flores joins from The Lego Group, where she led digital growth, and will lead the expansion of Build-A-Bear's e-commerce business and develop its global digital experience strategy. Flores has experience with Richemont and L'Oreal USA, and Henderson said her "extensive experience and forward-thinking approach to digital transformation" will help scale the company's reach and enhance the guest journey across all channels.
