BRT Apartments Corp. Announces Q1 2026 Dividend and Expands Stock Repurchase Program

BRT Apartments Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share and extended its share repurchase program through December 31, 2028, with a new value of $10 million. The dividend is payable April 6, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 27, 2026. BRT owns 31 multi-family properties with 8,311 units in 11 states and has preferred equity investments in two multi-family properties.
