Starting today, December 13, 2024, new and existing Go5G Next customers can trade in any eligible device, even if it's broken, and get a brand new Samsung Galaxy S25 on them. This offer is available for both upgrades and new customers or lines.
The promotion works specifically for the iPhone 16 Pro and Galaxy S24 Plus. It's no secret that the big three carriers now reserve their best trade-in offers and promotions for customers on their highest-tier plans, and T-Mobile is no exception. However, this new promotion levels the playing field, making it more attractive for customers to upgrade with T-Mobile.
To be eligible for the promotion, customers must be on the Go5G Next plan. The trade-in value will be applied via 24 monthly bill credits, plus tax. If you cancel the entire account before receiving the 24 credits, the credits stop, and the balance on the required finance agreement is due. These bill credits also end if you pay off the device early.
