Broadstone Net Lease Reaches Substantial Completion on Sierra Nevada Facility, Adds $21mln to Pipeline

Broadstone Net Lease has reached substantial completion on the first maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility at Dayton International Airport, supporting Sierra Nevada Corporation's work with the US Air Force. The company also added $21 million to its committed pipeline of build-to-suit developments. This is the first of two MROs at the location, with the second expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.
