Bright Scholar sets Nov. 18 as record date for "going private" transaction.

Bright Scholar Education Holdings Limited has announced November 18, 2025 as the record date for the dissemination of the Rule 13e-3 Transaction Statement on Schedule 13E-3 in connection with a "going private" transaction. The transaction is contemplated under an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Excellence Education Investment Limited and Bright Education Mergersub Limited. Shareholders will receive a copy of the Schedule 13E-3 and the final Plan of Merger.
